Algo Trading Course for Manual Traders
You know trading. You even have a strategy - probably several. The strategy is not the problem. The problem is the moment the stop-loss is about to hit and your hand quietly moves it further away. The revenge trade taken immediately after a loss to "recover". The winning position closed too early out of fear while the losing one is held in hope. Fear and greed - those two things have ended more good traders' accounts than any bad strategy ever has. This course exists to remove your emotions from your trading - and put code in their place.
- ✔ No coding background needed
- ✔ Lifetime access + updates
- ✔ Taught by Atul Shrivastava (16+ yrs)
- ✔ Education only — no tips, no calls
Why your strategy belongs in code
When you write your strategy in Python, two things happen that manual trading can never give you. First: your strategy gets a historical scorecard. That feeling of "this setup always works" turns into numbers - how many trades this setup produced over the past years, its actual win rate, its maximum drawdown, and exactly which market phases broke it. For many traders, their first honest backtest is a genuine eye-opener.
Second: execution discipline comes free. Code never takes a revenge trade. Code never nudges a stop-loss "just a little". Code never overtrades out of boredom. The rules you wrote with a calm mind are followed by the system even in a violent market - that is automation's real gift. Not speed. Discipline.
The path from manual trader to systematic trader
The course walks you through this journey: first, learning Python - in a trading context, not through boring generic tutorials. Then breaking your strategies down into rules: what exactly is the entry condition, where is the exit, how is position size decided. This is where most traders discover their "strategy" was half feeling - and converting it into rules is a clarity exercise in itself.
After that, backtesting: pulling historical data through Kite Connect and testing your rules against it. Then virtual trading - running the system in the live market without money at stake. And finally automation: auto entries and exits, stop-loss management, and 24x7 deployment on a VPS. At every step you can compare the system's results against your own manual record.
What this course is NOT
Some things are better made clear upfront. This is not a course that sells you a "winning strategy" - we do not hand you a ready-made system to blindly run. No such thing exists; whoever sells one is selling a lie. What we give you is the framework in which you can test and automate YOUR strategies.
It is not a tips or calls service either - we simply do not do that. And there is no promise of profit: a strategy that looks great in a backtest will still have drawdowns live, because that is the nature of markets. The difference is that you will finally know the NUMBERS - how much drawdown is normal, and when a strategy has genuinely stopped working - so decisions come from data, not from fear.

Frequently Asked Questions
My strategy is discretionary - price action, chart patterns. Can it be automated?
To a large extent, yes. Support/resistance, moving averages, breakouts and indicator-based setups all convert into rules. Pure gut-feel elements do not - but the process itself shows you how much of your edge actually lives in rules, and that part can be backtested.
Do I have to learn coding? I am a trader, not a programmer.
Yes, you will learn Python - but the course starts from zero and teaches it in a trading context, which keeps the motivation alive. Excel-level comfort is enough to begin. Most of our students come from a trading background, not a programming one.
What is the fee for the algo trading course for traders?
TheFinBaba's Algorithmic Trading with Python course costs Rs 24,900 with lifetime access - 50+ modules covering backtesting, automation, VPS deployment, plus WhatsApp support. A free demo is available first.
Will you give me a ready-made profitable strategy?
No - and keep your distance from anyone who will. We teach example strategies to explain the framework, but the real work is coding, backtesting and automating your own strategies. The business model of selling a "profitable strategy" is dishonest at its core.
If my strategy backtests well, will it profit live too?
Not necessarily - and understanding this is critical. A backtest is historical evidence, not a promise about the future. Slippage, changing market conditions and overfitting can make live results differ. That is exactly why the course teaches virtual trading and starting small - managing risk is the real skill.
